By using a “moving eyeball “which is not used in other Jigs, it can trigger the fish’s curiosity. The moving eyeball can trigger aggressive behavior even if the fish is not actually feeding. In addition, by setting the nymph (hair) used in fly fishing at the base of the rubber, the nymph can add vitality in complement to the natural body action.
