The 8’1″ Zanrai is our dedicated big bait rod, created to answer the demand for a truly purpose-built swimbait weapon.

Unlike many oversized rods of the past that were adapted from saltwater blanks, the Zanrai was engineered specifically for big bass. While those other designs offered strength, they often sacrificed the flexion, loading characteristics, and fish-fighting ability required for freshwater applications.

The Zanrai excels with baits ranging from 5 to 22 ounces, providing the ideal balance of casting performance, hook-setting power, and fish control. Every aspect of the blank has been optimized for launching oversized swimbaits and battling the biggest bass with confidence.
